Church Financial Preparation

Although we make the process of obtaining a church loan with us as easy as possible, we do require documentation and an understanding of the churches financial situation. If the church does not know how to prepare its own financial statements we will provide the names and numbers of accountants and book keepers that are familiar with preparing financials for churches that are in the process of getting a church loan.

It is the churches responsibility to determine the competency of the preparer and negotiate a fair price. We do not endorse or guarantee their work and recommend that you call several people and determine the best fit for your church when selecting a professional to help prepare the church financials. Of course you are free to find someone on your own to help put together the financials for the church loan.
